The Beauty of the Rain

I forgot that I actually like rainy winter weather. I would never choose rain over sun, not in a million years. But it provides balance. It creates seasons, and god knows you can't enjoy spring as much if you don't have a real winter. Rain allows me to retreat into a warm, cozy, quiet place and snuggle under the covers for a few months. Rain makes me want to just read and drink tea or hot coco, and that's a good thing, especially now, since I actually need to study now that I'm in college.
